We’re excited to introduce Cameron Reynolds, one of our talented Talent Acquisition Specialists here at AMS! Read on as Cam tells us in her own words about her journey at AMS, what she enjoys most about recruiting, and fun facts about her life outside work. Cam brings such enthusiasm and care when interacting with clinicians, and we’re thrilled to have her on our team!

“Hi! My name is Cam, and I am a Talent Acquisition Specialist with AMS! I’ve been with this organization for close to 2 years now-which is crazy because it feels like I just joined a month ago! I started in HR when I joined in 2021 and recently moved over to the recruiting side of things. I’ve enjoyed both roles but what makes me most happy is interacting with so many amazing nurses! I work with one of my best friends from high school, which makes this job even more special!

When I am not working, I love to work out; I usually am in the gym right after work 5 days a week! I love to read; if I can recommend one book it would be Pack Up the Moon by Kristan Higgins! I just learned how to crochet and love to travel to visit my friends- especially the ones in the warmer states. Though I like to have my hair done and to put on a cute outfit when I am going out, my co-workers can attest that when I am working, I always have on a warm hoodie or sweater with my hair up in a bun!

Fun facts about me: I have been a bridesmaid in 4 weddings so far and have another one in May! I have a big, silly chocolate lab named Wilson. And I have 18 plants!”
