Terms and Conditions for 2024 Quarterly Raffle

1. Promotion Description

American Medical Staffing (“AMS”) is offering a quarterly raffle where participants have the chance to win a $500 Amazon Gift Card by providing their professional information  on the American Medical Staffing website.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all current and prospective clinicians who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Name, and email address must be provided to be entered. Employees of AMS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs quarterly, with each period starting on the first day of the quarter and ending on the last day of the quarter. The specific dates are as follows:

• Q1: January 1 – March 31
• Q2: April 1 – June 30
• Q3: July 1 – September 30
• Q4: October 1 – December 31

4. How to Enter

To enter the raffle, participants must submit their professional information on the American Medical Staffing Profile Update form during the promotion period.

Alternatively, participants may enter by sending a written request to update their profile information, including their full name, email address, phone number, discipline, specialty, and states they wish to work in, to the following address: American Medical Staffing Attn: 2024 Quarterly Raffle – Profile Update 11350 McCormick Road Executive Plaza II, Suite 401 Hunt Valley, MD 21031

Entries must be postmarked within the promotion period to be eligible.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each quarter to receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the end of each promotion period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their profile. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification email, AMS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• AMS reserves the right to contact an entrant to discuss their profile, and available job opportunities.
• AMS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• AMS is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions that may prevent participants from updating their profiles.

8. Privacy

Participants’ personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used in accordance with AMS’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

AMS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance and use of the prize.

10. Governing Law

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland.
