At AMS, we offer flexibility when it comes to the length of your assignments. Your contract is for a full school year, but if you love your placement, you often have the opportunity to stay year after year. On the other hand, if you’re ready for a change after the school year is over, we can help you find a new opportunity in a different setting. With us, you have choices. PAY STRUCTURE What are you paid for and when? We believe in being transparent when it comes to your pay. With AMS, you’ll be paid from the moment you arrive at your placement to the moment you leave on a weekly basis. You’ll always know what to expect when it comes to your paycheck.
