Job Title: PT: LTC
Location: Winchester, TN
Setting: Long Term Care
Pay Range: $81.50 hourly (Negotiable)
Schedule: 12-Hour Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00 (Note: 12 hours per day)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Tennessee licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a Long Term Care facility, you will:

• Provide physical therapy services to LTC residents, ensuring optimal mobility and quality of life.
• Utilize your expertise in therapy techniques and equipment to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes, adhering to regulatory standards.
