Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health
Location: Calverton, MD
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter (Bill rate: $80.00/hour)
Schedule: 40 Hours per week 8-Hour Days
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a PT

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 3 years of experience in Home Health

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least these required items: Valid Physical Therapist license

• Valid Physical Therapist license

• Be willing to obtain MD licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Clinical setting…

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes as a Physical Therapist (PT).

• Create and manage individualized care plans for Home Health patients, leveraging skilled assessment and therapy interventions.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes–key priorities in Home Health PT.
