Job Title: RN – Home Health

Location: Daytona Beach, FL

Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: $1982.63 – $2081.76 gross weekly

Schedule: 8am-5pm (8 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week)

Contract Length: Start Date: 12/29/2025

Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an RN in a Medicare-certified home health agency
• Valid RN license, willing to obtain FL licensure
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a home health setting, you will…

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans for RN in Home Health.
• Administer skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and gait training, to promote mobility and functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques and safety strategies to prevent falls and enhance quality of life.
