Job Title: Physical Therapist : Physical Therapy
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Setting: Outpatient (OP) experience required
Pay Range: $47.43 – $49.80 per hour
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, 4x10s (open to 2 evenings/week until 7:30pm) (Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Qualified applicants MUST have a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Must be willing to complete three HealthStream Modules prior to starting; agency reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked
• Be willing to work at least 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in an outpatient facility, you will provide effective PT treatments, implement care plans, and collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans (PT)
• Utilize key skills such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Document patient progress using EMR systems, including Raintree
