Job Title: Physical Therapy
Location: Shrewsbury, MA
Setting: Outpatient/Clinic
Pay Range: $49.27 – $51.73/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 4×10-hour days or 5×8-hour days (including 2 evenings/week until 7:30pm)
Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available
Requirements:
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain)
- Be willing to work flexible start dates and schedules
- Must have strong patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in an outpatient/clinical setting, you’ll be vital in providing supportive, patient-centered care to help patients recover and regain their independence.
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients, utilizing your PT expertise.
- Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility and function, leveraging your key skills in rehab and therapy.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the leadership team, ensuring compliance with health standards and contributing to a supportive care environment.
