Job Title: Physical Therapy : Outpatient
Location: Swampscott, MA
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Pay Range: $49.19 – $51.65 per hour
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week (Open to 4×10-hour days, 5×8-hour days, or 4×9 + 1×4 hours; Must be open to 2 evenings/week until 7:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible)
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available
Requirements:
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy (PT) experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in PT
- Qualified applicants MUST have a valid PT license in MA
- Must complete HealthStream Modules (reimbursement provided upon proof)
- Be willing to obtain Massachusetts licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, the PT will:
- Conduct outpatient physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize key skills such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to optimize recovery.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with leadership team to ensure quality care.
