Job Title: MRI Tech : Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Location: Unknown, United States
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: $115.00 – $115.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tues/Wed 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (rotating shifts if applicable)
Contract Length: Discuss with Recruiter
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist
• Qualified applicants MUST have ARRT (R) (MR) certification and CPR certification
• Qualified applicants MUST have Siemens MRI experience and hospital clinical experience
• Valid Radiologic Technology license or be willing to obtain licensure in applicable state
• Education: Completion of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, with preference for MRI-specific training or internship
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology related to neurology, orthopedics, and cardiology
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and staff

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a hospital setting, you will:

• Perform diagnostic MRI scans, including neurologic, orthopedic, and cardiac procedures.
• Assist radiologists by providing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Orient physicians, residents, staff, and students in MRI objectives and safety protocols.
• Support nursing staff by witnessing medication wastage and documenting in Pyxis.
