Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN General) : Region 5
Location: 11271 State Route 762, Orient, OH 43146
Setting: Clinical setting
Pay Range: $34.39 per hour
Schedule: 32 Hours per week 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sun/Monday off)
Contract Length: Discuss with Recruiter
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an LPN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in an LPN role
• Qualified applicants MUST have an active Ohio LPN license
• Preferred: Experience in general practice and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Valid LPN license in Ohio
• Be willing to obtain Ohio state licensure if not already licensed
