Job Title: RN – Mother Baby/Nursery
Location: Salem, VA
Setting: Maternity Care Center, Lewis Gale Medical Center
Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM (12 hours)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an RN in obstetrics
• Qualified applicants MUST have BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN certifications
• Preferred: Experience with cesarean section procedures (circulator, 1st assist, scrub)
• Valid RN license in Virginia or willingness to obtain
• Be willing to obtain State licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a maternity care setting, you will provide comprehensive postpartum and newborn care, support labor and delivery processes, and assist with cesarean sections and OBED triage. Your expertise will ensure a safe and supportive environment for mothers and infants.

• Deliver compassionate postpartum and newborn care as an RN.
• Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including cesarean sections.
• Support OBED triage and induction processes.
