With over 30 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, Linda Perneau is recognized for driving operational excellence and strategic growth. She has been named a Top Executive in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and Female Executive of the Year by the Stevie Awards. Her extensive experience includes leading global organizations such as Volt Information Sciences, where she served as President, CEO, and Board Director, successfully executing a strategic plan that resulted in the company’s sale. Linda has also held executive positions at Randstad and SFN Group/Spherion Staffing, consistently delivering improved revenue, reputation, and results through her entrepreneurial mindset and focus on service. Prior to joining AMS, Linda was President, CEO, and Board Director of Volt Information Sciences, where she executed a successful five-year strategic plan that culminated in the sale of the company. Linda also held key executive roles at Randstad and Spherion Staffing, contributing to the growth and success of those organizations.
