For more than 30 years, Linda Perneau has been an innovative change maker, bringing her executive acumen and experience in staffing to transform organizations. An award-winning leader, she has been recognized as a “Top Executive in Staffing” by Staffing Industry Analysts and “Female Executive of the Year” by the Stevie Awards. Her solution-oriented mindset and service-centered approach are cornerstones in how she grows every aspect of AMS’s business and fosters a culture of success.
Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Perneau held several CEO, President, and Board positions with public and private companies. This has included executive positions with Volt Information Systems and Randstad, as well as time as Senior Vice President/Group Executive – East Region at SFN Group/Spherion Staffing, which was acquired by Randstad. In each position, Ms. Perneau has raised her organization’s revenue, reputation, and results to new heights through a combination of entrepreneurial thinking and strategic vision.
For nearly 20 years, Natalie Ehlenbeck has put her professional sales experience and track record of leadership to work in the healthcare staffing industry. Since she joined American Medical Staffing in 2021, she has driven superior results by combining a revenue-building mindset with a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
Prior to joining AMS, Ms. Ehlenbeck had a distinguished career with Supplemental Health Care, where she complemented her healthcare staffing knowledge with school staffing expertise. An award-winner multiple times over for recruitment, she is a constant proponent and pillar for AMS’ team development, program deployment (including for Managed Service Programs), and project management capabilities.
For over 20 years, Justin Perez has been a dedicated leader in healthcare, driving patient-centered solutions and fostering innovation. His career began as a Clinical Manager in orthopedic surgery, where he saw firsthand the importance of every patient interaction. Since then, he has held key leadership roles at AMN Healthcare, Kelly Services, and Supplemental Health Care, shaping strategies in healthcare staffing, clinical research, and scientific solutions. Justin’s expertise and vision have consistently empowered teams and delivered exceptional outcomes across the industry.
