Terms & Conditions: Taxable Income for Gift Cards

1. Taxable Income Reporting
The $24 gift card provided to employees as part of our appreciation initiatives is considered taxable income by the IRS. The value of this gift card will be included in your gross income for the year and reported on your W-2 form.

2. Payroll Tracking & Reporting
We are required to track and report the distribution of gift cards to all employees on our payroll. This ensures that the value of the gift card is accurately reflected in your taxable wages.

3. Impact on Payroll & Withholding
The inclusion of the gift card value as taxable income may affect your federal, state, and local tax withholdings. Employees are encouraged to review their pay stubs and consult with a tax advisor if they have any concerns regarding how this may impact their taxes.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting and using the gift card, you acknowledge that you understand these terms and agree to the associated tax implications.
