Job Title: RN: Home Health

Location: Lexington, OH 44904

Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter

Schedule: 40 hours/week Day 8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) (Rotating weekends approx every 8th weekend, day shift)

Contract Length: 8 Weeks

Candidate Type: Local candidates only - travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a RN in Home Health
• Qualified applicants MUST have recent Oasis experience (REQUIRED)
• Qualified applicants MUST have BLS certification
• Valid Ohio RN license
• Be willing to obtain or maintain Ohio licensure
• Timely communication and documentation required

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Home Health setting, you will:

• Provide comprehensive Home Health RN services utilizing HCHB EMR system.
• Assess patient conditions and coordinate care through timely documentation and communication.
• Deliver quality geriatric care to a diverse patient population, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and certifications.
