Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Lorain, OH
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $47.47 - $49.84 hourly
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Candidate Type: Travel friendly - travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of Home Health experience
• Qualified applicants MUST have EMR: HCHB and OASIS experience
• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Be willing to obtain Ohio state licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a home health setting...

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments and patient education, suitable for RN
• Utilize EMR systems like HCHB and OASIS to document patient progress and plan care
• Perform industry-standard clinical tasks to support patient health and safety
