Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include:• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations for patients with behavioral health, developmental, neurological, and psychiatric diagnoses.• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, cognitive functioning, social interaction skills, and safe swallowing abilities—ensuring compliance with facility, state, and professional standards.• Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders while monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as clinically indicated.• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members in a secure, structured environment—supporting patient recovery, safety, and quality of life.
