Job Title: RN: Home Health

Location: Gainesville, FL
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $1800-2000/weekly
Schedule: 8-Hour Days (with on-call rotation as needed)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in the Home Health and utilizing HCHB EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Be willing to obtain FL licensure

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
