Job Title: LPN/LVN: Home Health

Location: Daytona Beach, FL
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $1400-1600/weekly
Schedule: 8-Hour Days
Contract Length: 4 Weeks (opportunity to extend or remain on in a part-time or PRN capacity)
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a LPN/LVN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health using HCHB EMR
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• Be willing to obtain Florida licensure

Responsibilities
