Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nurse

Location: Baltimore, MD

Setting: School-Based (Pre-K through 12, depending on assignment)

Pay Range:$23.25-$30.75 hourly (Pay based on experience) *

Hours: Full Time or Part Time Available

Contract Length: 2025-2026 School Year

Requirements

· Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

· Be willing to obtain state licensure

· 2 years as an LPN with pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

· Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

· Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy and other prescribed treatments.

· Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student’s educational participation and inclusion.
